 Group Ship

  • Participants have access to exclusive fundraiser bundles. Bundles are packaged in reusable cloth bags.
  • Receive up to 25% commission on all orders.
  • Orders are held and will ship as a group to coordinator when the campaign closes.
  • Campaigns see best results being active for 2-3 weeks.
  • Happy Hippo pays the shipping!
  • At the end of the campaign, you will receive a detailed file of all orders placed. You will be able to track individual participation sales.
  • Coordinator is responsible for organizing distribution. 
  • Commission payment will be made once all orders are confirmed and distributed.

  1. Complete and submit your  application form 
  2. Once your application is received, we will have your group name added to our fundraising page. At check out, your participants must select your organization name in order for your group to get commission. If not selected, your group will not receive commission. If an error is made, please reach out to us within 48 hours and we will be able to make an adjustment. After 48 hours, no adjustments can be made. 

  3. Share our  fundraiser website with your participants.
  4. Once the campaign closes on the selected date, all orders will be packed, and shipped to the coordinator for distribution. A file of all the order information will be emailed to the coordinator at this time as well.
  5. Once all orders have been distributed, and confirmed with Happy Hippo, commission will be paid out.

Direct Ship

  • Participants have access to all products on our website.
  •  Receive 15% commission on each order value before shipping and taxes. 
Example Commission:
Order Subtotal: $40.00
Shipping: $10.00
Tax: $2.50
Total: $52.50
Total commission: $40.00 x 15% = $6.00
  • Orders will be shipped to your participants directly.
  • You will be able to track your sales through an online portal. You won't have access to names of participants, just their order details and commission rates. If tracking individual participation sales is important,    we recommend  our Group Ship fundraiser.
  • Family and Friends near and far can help support your group by using your unique code, and have orders shipped directly to them.
  • Program runs from Aug 1st until Nov 30. After Nov 30, the commission code will become inactive and any orders placed will not count towards your group. Commision will payout via Paypal early December. If any other payout method is required, please reach out to us directly.

  3. SHARE SHARE SHARE!  Share your fundraiser with all your friends, family, strangers at the grocery store, anyone and everyone! (And encourage your group to do the same).

  4. Once your fundraiser closes (on Nov 30th unless you choose a sooner date), we will get your total commission ready for pay out. Make sure to enter all your payout information in your online portal.
* This code must be entered at check in by your participants. If the code is not entered, your group will not receive commission. If a code is missed, please reach out to us within 7 days and we will be able to make an adjustment. After 7 days, no adjustments can be made.  If they used a discount code, the difference between that code and the Direct Ship commission will be given to the organization.

*we only ship to the organization, it is the responsibility of the organization to distribute orders to the final recipients.

 

FAQ

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY OVER THE PHONE?

Not at this time. All orders must be made online.

Can I share my fundraising campaign on social media/ facebook groups?

Absolutely! The more you share, the more potential for orders for your group.  Your online fundraising portal has graphics and images you can share across  your social media.

Are your products safe for people with allergies?

We have a full list of our ingredients on our website. We suggest you read the list for each item you are interested in to insure you are safe with all ingredients. 

Are your products cruelty free?

You Bet! We test all our products in our own bathtubs on our friends and family!

Someone selected the wrong organization when they placed their Group Ship order. What do I do?

Please reach out to us at info@happyhippobath.com within 48 hours after your order is placed. After 48 hours, we may not be able to make changes to the order as it may have shipped to the other organization they selected.

Someone didn't use our organization code when they placed their Direct Ship order. What do I do?

Please reach out to us at info@happyhippobath.com within 7 days after the  order is placed. If they used a discount code your organization will receive the difference between the discount code and the 15% commission due to the organization.

Can my Group Ship order be shipped to a PO Box?

At this time, shipping to a PO Box is only available to the USA.
