In the USA: All 50 States.

In Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan

Orders $65 or more before tax now ship free to the rest of Canada.  Unfortunately shipping prices have risen to a level for us that it costs us upwards of $35 to ship a $45 order to the Maritime provinces and to the Territories.

All discounts and gifts that have a dollar threshold, such as our free gift with orders over a certain dollar amount, are applied on a pre-tax basis, pre-shipping basis.  Your final order value must be over that amount prior to any taxes or shipping in order to qualify.
