Returns & Exchanges
At Happy Hippo Bath Co we always want you to be happy with our products, but if you're unsatisfied we'll do our very best to help you return or exchange it. Shipping charges are not refundable under normal circumstance.
If you've purchased your products online from us here online at happyhippobath.com reach out to us directly at 1.403.887.7177 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you wit instructions regarding your return or exchange.
All returns or exchanges must be previously authorized before you ship the product back to us.
If you've purchased from a store, please reach out directly to that store, as we are unfortunately unable to process their returns.
Returned items need to be 75% or more intact and must be returned with original packaging and the packing slip that came with the order.
If you've purchased online you have 40 days from the date your order shipped to reach out to us regarding a return or exchange.
Sometimes wrong items get shipped by mistake. If there your order had an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will ship you the correct item at no charge.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 36 Belich Crescent, Red Deer County, Alberta Canada, T4S 2K5
At this time we only sell online in Canada and the USA sorry! If you'd like to order internationally, give us a call and we'll help you out!
For all orders we offer a free flat rate shipping charge as well as carrier determined rates. On all orders over $45 in the United States and most of Canada we do free ground shipping!
Unfortunately due to the current high cost of shipping to the Territories and the Maritime provinces, the free shipping threshold for those locations is $65.
We also do free pickup at our Head Office!
If you need your order faster than ground shipping will get it to you, give us a call and we'll see what we can do!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
