I first purchased happy hippo bath soak when vacationing in Colorado. I immediacy fell in love with the scent, the non greasy feel, the aroma. Driving home, I found it online and ordered 6 pouches. It areived quickly & well packaged. I gave one to a friend, and she said the same...she's a happy hippo too :)
While I haven't personally tried the product, I can definitely comment on the exceptional customer service I received from happy hippo. When my original order came in there was a tear in the bag of this blooming bath soak so I wrote in to request a new one as it was purchased for a gift. I didn't expect a response so quickly since it's right in the middle of a big holiday but Jill responded the same day and got a replacement in the mail that day! The new bag came and I was able to get it sent out well before Christmas. I'm extremely happy with this company. I will definitely be ordering again!
